Using the platform
The AI Readiness Index is provided by Brain Digits for organizations assessing their readiness to adopt artificial intelligence. You may create one account per person, using an email address you control. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the activity carried out under your account.
Assessing on behalf of an organization
By submitting an assessment for an organization you confirm that you are authorised to describe that organization’s capabilities, and that your answers are accurate to the best of your knowledge at the time of submission. Deliberately inaccurate submissions may be rejected by the review team and, where an organization has repeatedly misrepresented itself, excluded from aggregated analysis.
Submitted assessments are locked
On submission an assessment is locked and scored. This is what makes a result meaningful: it is a record of what was stated at a point in time, under a stated methodology version. If a genuine error needs correcting, contact the review team — corrections are made as audited changes, never silently.
Results and their use
Your results are yours to use internally, to share with your board or leadership, and to publish if you choose. If you publish a score, please state the assessment version and methodology version alongside it, so the figure remains interpretable.
The index provides a structured measurement, not professional advice. Recommendations shown alongside results are generic starting points, not a substitute for advice specific to your organization.
Availability
We aim to keep the platform available and your data safe, and we take regular backups. The service is provided as-is; we do not warrant uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use.
Intellectual property
The assessment instrument, question bank, scoring methodology, recommendation set and interface are the property of Brain Digits. Your responses, and any evidence you upload, remain yours; you grant us the licence needed to store them, score them, and — only where you have separately consented — include them in anonymised aggregate analysis.
Suspension
We may suspend an account that is used to attack the platform, to scrape content, or to submit deliberately fraudulent assessments. Where we do, we will say why.
