The AI Readiness Index

Results issued on submission · Individual responses never published
Scores are deterministic — AI is never involved in producing one
A guided assessment
Eight chaptered dimensions, one question at a time, with a plain-language description of every maturity level. Progress saves automatically and resumes on any device.
A scored readiness profile
An overall score, a maturity level, and a score for every dimension — with your strengths, your priority gaps, and recommended next steps drawn from a published set.
Confidential by design
Individual responses are never published. Aggregated analysis is only ever produced from data participants have explicitly consented to share.

The dimensions, weights and maturity bands on this page are read live from the assessment database so they always match what the scoring engine uses. Nothing is substituted from a cached or illustrative copy — reload the page, or read the methodology in full.

Who should participate
Anyone with an organization-wide view
The assessment spans strategy, governance, data, infrastructure, skills, adoption, partnerships and impact — so it is best completed by someone who can see across those functions: a director of digital transformation, a chief information or technology officer, a strategy or governance lead. Colleagues can join the same organization to contribute to future assessments.
It suits government ministries and authorities, state-owned entities, enterprises of any size, universities, healthcare providers and non-profits equally: it measures capability and governance, not specific technologies.
How your data is used
Confidential by default
Your individual responses are visible only to you, to colleagues in your organization on this platform, and to the index review team. They are never published and never sold. Permissions are enforced in the database itself, on the assumption that any interface can be bypassed.
Contributing to aggregated research is a separate, optional consent you can withdraw at any time. Read the Privacy Policy for the full detail.
